Overall, Éternelle is comparable to the U.S. mainstay on Capitol Records, The Voice of the Sparrow: The Very Best of Edith Piaf, but with only seven of the 18 songs overlapping. April 18, 2009: C'est vraiment, sa voix était <<l'ame de Paris.>> Alors, je suis une americainne, mais j'adore les chançons d'Edith Piaf plus que la music moderne aujourd'hui. Sa voix et sa musique me touchent beaucoup. Merci Madame Piaf!

It's very true, her voice was "the soul of Paris." Although I am an American, I adore Edith Piaf's songs more than the modern music today. Her voice and her music touches me a lot. Thank you Madame Piaf!

May 21, 2004: As I casually glanced at the SI: Swimsuit issue a Supermodel mentioned she loved this singer in her bio. I can't believe I read the bio but she was right this is a great singer.
