March 30, 2008: The moment I first read the Description of the Cd I was surprised about the professional layout and concept of the music and the subliminal suggestions. Well subliminal suggestions. It might work. And I really felt like it had a certain influence on me. But thats wrong. It does not work at all. The music itself is rather made for chilling along on a sad day than for meditation. Of course...for some people it might be the right stuff to listen to. But it has nothing to do with effortless! Relaxation. Listening to some classic music would have the same effect on me. The music is very light an carrys you throughout the endurance of the Cd. For me...only 2 stars...it was really dissapointing. The price of the CD is higher then the average meditation music. Of course its a nice arrangement...but Bach did better... have a nice day. Nice Greetings from Berlin

February 08, 2001: This music is used by my physical therapist during myofascial release sessions. I have had a tremendous improvement due to the relaxing atmosphere that this music provides. This is a priceless collection. I strongly recommend this to anyone needing assistance to help them relax.
