Upon a Midnight Clear is Jonn Serrie's delightful interpretation of some classic and some obscure Christmas carols. He augments and surrounds the melodies with ambient atmospheres and organic textures. His transcriptions enhance the spirituality of the original compositions while taking nothing away from these master works. There are dozens of new age Christmas CDs but very few of them are strictly electronic.
