There is something enchanting and timeless about this CD. It perfectly fits a film based on Princess Pocahontas, and the life she lived. The main theme is climatic, moving and somehow awakens deep things in the heart. The addition of nature sounds, which is hit and miss for me, worked well in this CD. Listening to it, you feel awakened, alive and free. I use this CD to write to, and it's very liberating. Horner did a brilliant job on this soundtrack, my best compliments to him on it. The theme of the CD is ethereal, mystical, but somehow still has a dymanic to it that lovers of more gripping CD's I'm sure will appreciate. It's well worth checking out. Get it, you will love it.
I Also Recommend: Braveheart [Original Score], Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End [Original Motion Picture Soundtrack], Celtic Soul [Narada], The Last Samurai, Bangkok Dangerous [Original Motion Picture Sountrack].
