About this Artist

Editorial Reviews

Lacuna Coil's second full-length album successfully combines the backbone of metal with the ethereal trappings of goth. While vocalist Cristina Scabbia gives the band their sonic calling card, additional vocals from the group's male singer, Andrea Ferro, add tonal variety and balance. Rarely succumbing to heavy-handedness, Lacuna Coil escapes the stylistic straitjacket of the goth/metal formula, making them more accessible than many of their peers. The special-edition release includes the band's Halflife EP as an added bonus. Andy Hinds, All Music Guide

April 28, 2008: I think this is Lacuna Coil's best album. The dual vocals of Andrea and Cristina is what gives the song a mood for when you listen to it. I think the best song is Senzafine.

Second best Lacuna Coil album!by Anonymous

June 18, 2007: This is a great album, minus the screaming of the male singer. They should fire that guy. He sings right over Christina's wonderful vocals. This is really a great album to listen to. You get very few Italian songs, and even less of the inane screaming mess from the male vocalist!
