Editorial Reviews

Documenting the Dixie Chicks' acclaimed 2003 world tour, Top of the World: Live was recorded live onstage during the North American leg of the tour. The double-disc set features 22 songs, representing each of the Chicks' past three multi-platinum albums. Released concurrently is an 18-track DVD, also called Top of the World: Live, which also includes a bonus video, "Top of the World." Barnes & Noble

Excellent Music - Great Valueby Anonymous

December 27, 2003: If you're reading this you already know the Chicks are phenomenally talented and that their music is great. This CD is a bargain. Twenty-two excellent songs, performed live, at one low price. However, if you're cash-strapped and HAVE TO CHOOSE, buy the DVD instead - then you get to SEE them perform most of these songs and get the wonderful, heart-breaking Top of The World music video as a bonus. If you can buy both the CD and the DVD, though, please do. Aside from giving yourself the gift of their amazing talent, you'll be showing support to a group that has been virtually banned from most radio stations.

November 22, 2003: These outspoken, amazing musicans have proved how amazing the daring sense of freedom can be, and how great blurgrass music can be melted into pop culture. A must have, the Dixie Chicks are amazing!
