This two-disc set features a thorough survey of the group that spawned one of the most important families in gospel. "Definitive" really is the key word here, as every important moment in the Winans' career, from the early '80s to their most recent output, is captured with beautifully remastered sound quality. It might be a bit much for the novice, but it is quite simply all that a casual listener could ever possibly want or need, and for more seasoned die-hard fans it is a perfect reference set of the Winans' finest moments.
