This three-CD box set collection contains three of Michael Bolton's most popular discs, acting close to a greatest-hits box set, but not close enough. The first disc, Timeless, and its sequel, Volume 2, are soft rock exercises paying tribute to some of Bolton's all-time favorite songs and love ballads. The overly chorused production sounds a bit dated, but his vocal delivery is a reminder of just how strong a vocalist Bolton could be when he is in top form. The third disc is a collection of his greatest love songs and covers not included on the first two discs. Boltheads who don't already own all three of these discs will find this to be an excellent addition to their collection at a sensible price. Rob Theakston, All Music Guide

September 09, 2005: How can you not love anything Michael Bolton sings? I got this as a present from a friend and I can't stop playing it. He puts so much feeling into singing that I want to keep listening. It's great. But then again.......he could sing the phone book and I'd still like what I hear. Wouldn't you?
