August 06, 2002: It you want to rest the spirit, calm the soul and feel at peace with the world then Capercaillie's ''the blood is strong '' is for you. I first heard this CD when I was in Scotland, that was in 1997/98. I brought it home with me. It was a couple of years later before I saw it here in the U.S.A. what a shame, my friends had to wait for their copy after hearing mine. Even now this CD still remains the first one I load when playing celtic which according to friends and family is most of the time. Yes I have other Capercaillie CDs but this is my all time favorite.
