Disney Channel's hit TV Series That's So Raven stars a sassy teen who happens to be psychic, played by Raven Simone (formerly of Cosby Show fame). The show's soundtrack is, predictably, pop friendly and tween ready. The disc includes songs from and inspired by the show, most of which are club-lite - dance music for middle-graders. Raven sings three of the tracks -- the show's sassy theme song, the hip-hop-flavored "Shine," and the super-catchy "Supernatural" -- and her voice is stronger than you'd expect. Stacie Orrico's popular single "(There's Gotta Be) More to Life" and Lindsay Lohan's crunchy rock tune "Ultimate" keep the bubblegum pop flowing. But even with all the new names, Raven still finds time to honor the old school, keeping it real with some funky '70s hits like Cheryl Lynn's "Got to Be Real" and Kool & the Gang's "Jungle Boogie." And as an added bonus, the soundtrack includes a separate DVD with four of Raven's music videos, making this entire package soooo Raven. Barnes & Noble
