If the compilers had managed to include "Makin' Love out of Nothing at All," BMG Special Products' Sweet Dreams: The Encore Collection may have been the ultimate Air Supply compilation. Boiled down to a mere ten songs, the notorious soft rock balladeers sound pretty good, despite the fact that more than half of their recorded output has the word "love" in the title. However, the glaring omission of one of their most beloved hits renders the album weak. For the time being, Arista's far superior Ultimate Air Supply remains the most comprehensive collection to date. Reverend Lee Power, All Music Guide
