Outstanding R&b Albumby Anonymous

April 09, 2005: This album was 2004 best kept secret released under an independent record label with a major recording company charisma. Alot of music that was released this year was to hyped up such as Confessions by Usher (great album) but it kinda overshadowed an another great r&b album. Jon b. is an amazing talent he writes his own music and plays his own instruments this album is one of his best to date. Stronger Everyday takes you on a trip throught the whole scene you have your uptempo tracks like "one more dance" and Just Blaze produced "Everytime",your midtempo infectious bedroom jams such as "What in the world" has a dark but calming sexiness about it and "lay it down" shows that he can be a gentleman and a stud in bed with lyrics instructing what he wants to do, and "AZ U" with lyrical thank yous for being the only apple in his eye. Last, but not least the down tempo songs are the only thing wrong with this album one sounds to bland and the other, to slow, but overall with an album with 15 tracks including the dancehall remix to "Everytime" w/ beenie man makes this an eclectic r&B album of the year.Jon B. is the musician that r&B needs today keeping things fresh and original. Poor marketing did not do this cd justice I think it deserves another shot to be listened and rereleased with another major record label to care for his talent and to continue to nature him. As babyface's former protege he left his shadow and became into his own. If you are a true fan of r&B u should enjoy this production.

December 22, 2004: This is my favorite Jon B album, and it came just in time considering the other 'so-called' R&B music out there. What a relief - artists take note! He really has grown as an artist from the first CD and fans as well as those who are unfamiliar with his work will be impressed.
