Songs of the Polka King, Vol. 1 is one of Frankie Yankovic's slickest releases, boasting a large array of guest artists, including Weird Al Yankovic, comedian Drew Carey, and Riders in the Sky. It's not by-the-book polka, yet there are enough sparks -- oddly enough, they usually come from the solo tracks, not the hyped duets -- to make it worthwhile for Yankovic fans.
