May 10, 2007: Instead of capitalizing on her true talent which is more "Billie Holiday"-ish, Paris Bennett sold out and sounds more like a child clicking around a wooden floor with her Mommy's shoes on while playing dress up. This album is huge disappointment to me. I truly thought the world might have another great blues singer in Paris Bennett, but this album does nothing more than try to fit her unique gift of voice into what's becoming more and more common: trying to sound like something she's not.
