The Passion of Feliciano is a good budget-priced collection of hits, favorites and obscurities from Jose Feliciano's RCA recordings. His biggest hit, "Light My Fire," is here, along with his theme for "Chico and the Man," but most of the record is devoted to covers. Specifically, it's devoted to Beatles covers -- "Blackbird," "Rain," "Norwegian Wood" and "Here, There and Everywhere" account for nearly half of the collection." It may not make for a definitive or representative collection, but it does make for an entertaining one that will be of interest to budget-minded fans. Stephen Thomas Erlewine, All Music Guide
