The beats aren't particularly inventive on this inaugural meeting of German DJ Golden Boy and his French muse Miss Kittin. But they are nonstop, and the two of them shape even the most rudimentary of house grooves into a little party of their own. And in a way, it's the Americanization of Or that lifts it slightly above European techno slop (Miss Kittin's sojourn with Felix da Housecat probably has something to do with this).
