November 09, 2006: From I.O.U. to Love is a Place, this album never ceases to amaze. Pretty much every song lifts you off your feet with its unique sound. Every song is put together fantastically and you just can't help but tap your feet. Emily Haines' unique voice fits well with the pulsing beats and keyboard. I am a high school student that is sick of the shallowness of mainstream music, and this album cures it. It has the ability to make you take a good look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are one of the superficial people that they poke fun at. I highly recommend this album, as well as their most recent one: Live it Out. Their other album, Grow Up and Blow Away, is also great.

May 11, 2006: I love Metric!!! They're absolutely amazing. I dont know what I love more: the vocals, the drums, the guitars, or all of it put together in a genius way. This is the only cd that will always be in my car and the one that i can listen to without ever skipping tracks. Not to mention it's a lot of fun to sing along to.
