May 28, 2008: found out about this band on a labyrinth music video. not only did i love the cute yet gothic cover with the carriage but some of the songs. you don't have to be a goth or emo to like the birthday massacre. enjoy for what it is and that's good music with enjoyable songs. ones i recommend you hear are happy birthday, promise me, video kid, broken and the dream. its nice to hear something new than what you're used to hearing, check this CD out and decide whether its your kind of music or not.

October 23, 2007: this is quite a band and love some of the songs especially promise me, broken and the first ever song i had heard that got me into them is the dream which is my most favorite song ever and reminds me of all those fairy tale type movies from labyrinth to the book a great and terrible beauty even twilight. they're like the fantasy gothic, fairy tale kind of thing based on their covers which are cute and weird at the same time...but in a good way.
