Singer Meat Loaf and composer Jim Steinman worked together on the masterpiece Bat Out of Hell and its follow-up, Dead Ringer. Meat Loaf did without Steinman on the third album, Midnight at the Lost and Found, which found the singer in typically impassioned form, although the material didn't scale the heights of Steinman's incredible hubris.
