December 25, 2004: I adore this album. Every track is brilliantly composed, designed to captivate and mesmerize--which is precisely what it does. The members of this band are obviously accomplished musicians, and the lead singer has a beautifully haunting voice that strikes every song, whether it's something relatively upbeat ("Love Or A Lesson"), or a slower song ("Persimmon Tree"). My favorite tracks are "Oh Twilight" and "Mirage", but I love them all, which is something so difficult to find in albums these days. I recommend this album to any indie collector, and hopefully you'll enjoy it as much as I have.
