Tracie Spencer was barely a teenager while recording Make the Difference, her second album. Most of the tracks are inconsequential, bad funk songs; however, the ballads make this release worthwhile, especially the huge hit "Tender Kisses," which Spencer co-wrote, and the lovely "Love Me."
