September 21, 2009: I had sampled this cd and just had to have it. The music is wonderful. If you are looking for something, to relax you or even calm the mind while you do something else, this is the CD to get. If you know who Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra are, you will want to get this CD. It has a cd for am and another for pm. Definately worth every penny.
