January 09, 2002: Loaded is packed with mellow, introspective lyrics such as ''New Age,'' or the radio classic ''Oh! Sweet Nothing.'' Unlike the Velvets first album, Loaded sounds more pop like. Doug Yule makes his musical debut, singing on some of the songs. This is an exellent album for the Velvet's. It just shows how brilliant Lou Reed and the entire members of the Velvet's are.
