About this Artist

Editorial Reviews

St. Vincent native Kevin Lyttle has brought the first soca hit to U.S. attention since the Baha-Men's inescapable "Who Let the Dogs Out." Lyttle's singnature song, delivered in a croon that's been compared to that of Beres Hammond, "Turn Me On," has been kicking around for a while. A big hit in St. Vincent's 2001 carnival, it was released in the U.K. in 2003, and now, with Lyttle's American debut, has become an unlikely TRL hit. Barnes & Noble

August 12, 2004: i haven't heard this cd//my rating is based off of the title song off his cd, which is aiight-nothing special. he does remind me of craig david-a worse version of craig david, but he could have potential. let's hope he doesn't have just one hit song then fall off the face of the earth...
