December 14, 2008: Jungle of the Midwest Sea is the second release of Flatfoot 56 on Flicker Records, and how wonderfully shiny it is!!!

The songwriting is even more excellent, and shows that the band WON'T produce the same album twice. YES! They still maintain their distinct sound, but the songs are different, and the mood between this one and Knuckle's Up are different as well.

While Knuckles Up is the introduction/handshake, JotMWS is the hug from your best friend. You know, the same, but different, in great ways.

I love Same OPl' Story, aLoaded Gun, and Ollie Ollie. But the entire thing is effing brilliant!!!
