December 16, 2007: Since the early 50's Julian Bream has been regarded as one of the finest classical guitarist in the world--many consider him the best of the last century. This Cd is a perfect example of why Bream is regarded as the Master. He plays J S Bach as well or better than any other guitarist nonetheless, being rated as the finest lute player in the world only adds to his skill in these performances. This is a must have Cd for Bach fans as well as guitar fans. His rich and sweet tone only enhance his virtuosity. There is none finer than Bream! This album is recoredrd with outstanding audio--therefore--the money you spent on that awesome stereo will not be wasted playing this Cd.
