This obscure concert features the harmonica virtusoso with an all Japanese rhythm section providing capable support. The fare is mostly standards (except for pianist Tsuoshi Yamamoto's "Shade Of Love"), including a swinging "What Is This Thing Called Love" and a lyrical "Georgia On My Mind." Less successful is "Night Train," which is somewhat marred by the overenthusiastic clapping along of the audience. Overall, this is a good but not essential CD. Ken Dryden, All Music Guide
