April 23, 2002: House of cards is a nice mix of styles.The title track is a real life story set in a dynamic drive rythm horn sound,,,Love it. ''24 Hours'' has a great harmonica track.Michael is NOT just another good harp player.He is playing so far advanced to the rest of the good players that his stuff needs to be heard quite a few times to get full appreciation.He gets notes the majority of players are incapable of even trying to get. Then he brings it to were we all live. The horn and harp work great together in ''Maceosity'',,,excellent !!! This isn't your typical R&B CD. This is a unique style which I hope he does more of.
