August 08, 2003: I 've been a Roy "Dam" Mercer fan for years...even before he got his record deal. This is Roy's latest recording, and I love it! The album includes the trademark Mercer phone calls, with some hilarious overseas calls (the one to Amsterdam is certianly a gut buster), but he doesn't stop there. Also included on the album are a fishing report, an answering machine message (that you can record on your home answering machine) and a "rap" (which is really more like a rant over a funky bluegrass track.) If you're a Roy D. Mercer fan, you'll love the way he branches out into some new territoy on this album. It's definately a must for your Mercer collection.
