September 27, 2010: This is Switchfoot's best album yet! The sound is a mix of hard rock, pop, soft rock and all together very energetic. They have a unique music style and their message is definitely not like most rock bands, it's positive and uplifting yet at the same time very honest. They share openly about life's most difficult struggles, including drug abuse and suicide, but there is always a message of hope in the lyrics. The lead singers voice is one of kind, you just need to hear it to believe it! My favorite song on the album is called, "Mess of me" and you will want to play this one loud! A great album all around.

Officially One Of My Favs Of Switchfoot's!by Heavy_Metal_Sushi

September 27, 2010: I heard a few songs on Myspace from Hello Hurricane, and they sounded pretty cool, so I went ahead and got their special edition version of the album, and listened straight through it while I was cleaning my living room that day, and I absolutely loved it! It's a little different than some of their former stuff in the sense that this album is a slight bit mellower than past works, though there are a couple of rockier songs on it. However, a lot of the songs are melodic and contain heart felt lyrics, and all of it as a whole is simply awesome! For any Switchfoot fans or rock/alternative fans out there, this is a great album, and I would absolutely recommend it! It's one of my favs of Switchfoot's thus far! Check it out!

I Also Recommend: Beautiful Letdown, How Can We Be Silent, Nothing Is Sound, Oh! Gravity., The Best Yet.
