August 02, 2007: Hannah Montana's debut CD captured America in it's grip, making fourteen year old Miley Cyrus literally an icon. These songs are fun and Miley definetly has a voice on her. "Best Of Both Worlds" is about the good side to living the dual life, and "Who Said" is about not letting anyone get you down. "Just Like You" is letting people know that even though Hannah's a star, she's a normal girl deep down who likes to do normal thing. "Pumpin' Up The Party" is a great dance number. "If We Were A Movie" is a song every girl can relate to, and "I Got Nerve" in my opinion is the best song on the CD. "The Other Side Of Me" is another song about how the world dosen't see the other side of Hannah/Miley, and "This Is The Life" is a great song about making the best of life and having fun. Out of everyone I talked to, nobody really cared about any of the other songs, except for "I Learned From You", a duet of Miley Cyrus as herself and her father, Billy Ray Cyrus. It's a country song with a great message, that they've both helped each other on the way throughout life. I would definetly recommend buying this CD as soon as you can!
