About this Artist

Editorial Reviews

Often dismissed as a novelty act, DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince catapulted to the top of the rap game with lyrical humor, hilarious videos, and pop-ready hooks. The bravado of "I Think I Can Beat Mike Tyson," the hilarity of "You Saw My Blinker," and the languid flow of "Summertime" blasted out of every boom box on the block back in the day -- and these songs still sound as fresh today. "Boom! Shake the Room" may be the most grating single of the bunch, but it's still an addictive slice of party-pumping fun. And for fans of Will Smith's sitcom, the theme to "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" is included, as is the mega-hit title track from "Men in Black." Barnes & Noble
