Though Fluid Ounce: Unmeasured has the Ubiquity stamp on it, the label is really acting more as a distributor for the vinyl-only U.K.-based Fluid Ounce, who originally issued the material. Arranged chronologically starting from 2000, Unmeasured compiles the first ten Fluid Ounce singles releases onto one CD. Label stars Zero dB (as well as side projects Frank de Jojo and Vogado Projects) take center-stage with cuts like "Come Party" and "Mas Fuerte Que el Sol," but the other tracks, like the three from Carmel (his only three on Fluid Ounce), are also strong. For turntable-less fans of house music (and its various forms), or at least ones who don't want to spend countless hours crate digging, this record is a must-have. Marisa Brown, All Music Guide
