About this Artist

Editorial Reviews

This 13-track anthology weighs in heavy with cuts by Beats International; five reggae-flavored tunes, including the No. 1 UK hit "Dub Be Good to Me" and "Won't Talk About It" (featuring soulful vocals by Billy Bragg), set a mellower tone than fans who only know Cook's Fatboy Slim catalog might anticipate. The action heats up with a bubbling remix of A Tribe Called Quest's "I Left My Wallet in El Segundo," escalating to a peak with the stuttering "Renegade Master" by Wildchild and a funky reworking of James Brown's "Payback." And if you love the cartoon "Futurama," the Malpraso Mix of "Psyche Rock" by French electronica pioneer Pierre Henry should sound very familiar. Kurt B. Reighley, Barnes & Noble

April 24, 2000: The album brings together all of Fatboy's great stuff into one CD! His older mixes are just as good as his newer stuff, I listen to the album all the time!
