November 03, 2000: Few know Ray Ellis arranged and accompanied Johnny Mathis on his early singles for Columbia Records. Ellis was a great artist and arranger. I can't wait until I get the disc, my old LP was so worn from playing I finally had to dispose of it because of excessive surface noise.
