Drala is a journey to the sonic edges of reality, and to the edges of sonic reality. Drala is David Nichtern and Steve Gorn. Using mostly acoustic instruments and devices, they have created a warm atmosphere for meditation, introspection, and relaxation. The organic textures embrace and seduce deep listeners into a trance that will border on catatonic. The journey is neither static nor consistent. Gorn and Nichtern vary the pace and take twists and turns. The rhythmic pieces tap into the body's biorhythms.
