July 05, 2006: Although it may not have been a "successful" album, this is an incredible piece of work. I think it captures Prince's ability weave genres together, to play anything and sing anything he wants. From the title track, "Come," an upbeat groove to the mournful "Dark" to the disturbing and beautiful "Papa" - all woven together with a thread of sex (like most of his music) it is as much of an important part of a music collection as any of his other works.

October 11, 2004: Prince's 1994 album "Come" was a contract record, but don't let that fool ya, because "Come" is one of the best albums Prince released in the 90's. This album is a dark, sexual, late night type of album. Tracks like "Space" ,"Pheremone" and the title track are the perfect songs for late night romance. The best time to listen to this album is at night, because it has that laid back, releaxing feel to it. The only exception is "Loose!" which is a high energy techno song. I suggest that you pick this one up, it's not one to miss!
