Lacuna Coil's third full-length disc will not disappoint fans of the group's stately goth pop; led by the excellent tag-team vocals of Cristina Scabbia and (male vocalist) Andrea Ferro, the Italian sextet continues to produce top-notch atmospheric rock that defies easy categorization. June 18, 2007: This is a great cd. I am a huge fan of their music and I am of the oppinion that this is their third best album. This album has the greatest mix of Italian lyrics and English lyrics of any of their albums. It can be repedative hearing the same song in two different languages. I feel that and the screaming of the male vocalist are the only thing that drag down this album.

May 07, 2007: I have owned this for over 2 years and it is still in my car's CD wallet (it holds 24). This CD is a great companion in traffic. While the band's other releases are technically more interesting and diverse, this one is the most narrowly focused and the results are special. Swamped and Heaven's A Lie are the 2 cuts most people are familiar with, but the rest of the CD is also very strong. Angel's Punishment is the only really jarring cut on the disc. Overall, this disc is one that won't have you bypassing tracks. It is that good.
