Christmas With the Vienna Choir Boys/Placido Domingo/Hermann Prey is a collaboration between the choir and the two singers on traditional Christmas music. The different voices of the two vocalists contrasts in a nice way with the Vienna Choir Boys, giving the album a variety it might not have had otherwise. The combination of the angelic voices of the young boys and the mature singing of Domingo and Prey may put off someone expecting something more specific to the individual performers, but fans of good choral music and/or angelic sounding Christmas music may want to add this to their collection.
