This CD presents a series of traditional Chinese folk songs arranged for Chinese bamboo flutes, accompanied by diverse instruments, both modern and traditional, such as guitar, percussion, and synthesizer, as well as the erhu, a Chinese fiddle. April 25, 2008: The Chinese Bamboo flute is prominently featured on this CD along with percussion, synthesizer, chinese fiddle and guitar. The flute happily dances through the various songs, many of which are old folk songs given new interpretation.
