October 01, 2010: This is probably the best chakra meditation CD out there right now. It is very relaxing, guided by Deepak Chopra and Adam Plack's music. The guided part goes through all of the primary chakras with their colors and sounds. The music cd is very good also. Perfect for listening to in the car or while falling asleep. This is a good introduction to deeper Tantra meditations like Yoga Nidra and Kundalini.

July 03, 2011: This CD was, and still is, extremely helpful for balancing and understanding chakras. I was getting energy headaches consistently and this was the only mediation that helped. I find that Deepak's explanation of the 7 main chakras is helpful to understanding how each is affected and when to know it's blocked.
