Callas Forever is Franco Zeffirelli's long-awaited fictionalized look at the last days of the legendary opera star Maria Callas, a story in which the director himself plays a central role. This soundtrack features some of opera's most famous music as interpreted by the great diva: Puccini's "Un bel di vedremo," "O mio babbino caro," and "Vissi d'arte"; Bellini's "Casta Diva"; Verdi's "Libiamo"; and Bizet's "Habanera," among others.
