Christophe Willem scores again with the unreservedly danceable Cafeine -- the follow-up to his solid 2007 debut, Inventaire. The golden boy of Nouvelle Star's fourth season (France's version of Pop Idol) is irresistibly upbeat, and that makes for one fun album. While the majority of the tracks are in Willem's native French, he goes the route of his first effort and throws in a few songs in English. He teamed up with pop vixen Kylie Minogue for the sexy single "Sensitized," which stands out as just another sure hit among the others that have already charted in Europe. Cafeine is pure Euro-pop through and through -- and a perfect bet for those frivolous days when deep lyrics and melancholy just won't do. Celeste Rhoads, All Music Guide
