About this Artist

Editorial Reviews

This two-fer from the Legacy label collects a pair of the legendary New Wave of British Heavy Metal outfit's best full-length albums in a budget-priced (and packaged) set. 1980's British Steel and 1982's Screaming for Vengeance were breakthrough records (both commercial and critical) for Judas Priest, boasting band classics like "Livin' After Midnight," "Breaking the Law," "Metal Gods," "Electric Eye," and "You've Got Another Thing Comin," and while one of the many "greatest-hits" collections would serve as a better entry point for new fans, both albums dutifully represent the group at its most sinister and effective.
