About this Artist

Editorial Reviews

Taking a cue from Madonna's Ray of Light, Cher goes Euro-disco on Believe, a platter of electro-beats and pulsating club rhythms. Working with a stable of competent European studio craftsmen, Cher moves through the beat factory, blending butt-shakers (like the title tune and "Strong Enough") and semi-ballads ("Dov'e L'Amore") into one endless thump session. April 29, 2007: Please...D'you know...? There was always something awkward 'bout Cher....Con't know if it is that she looks like a man in drag, her image is so plastic or that her music had a peak and then never again. She should really stick to acting since she has a voice but doesn't know how to use it. In the music business ruled by Madonna there is no space for silly wanna-be's like Cher
