About this Artist

Editorial Reviews

This two-fer from Fuel features a pair of LPs by the Climax Blues Band: Sense of Direction and Stamp Album, originally issued on Sire in 1974 and 1975. Released before their hit "Couldn't Get It Right" in 1976, these albums contain a mixture of light pop, electric blues, and boogie rock. Six alternate and extended tracks make this of interest to die-hard fans, while most casual listeners would be better served with a greatest-hits package. Les Campbell, All Music Guide
