Acoustic Live is a small treasure for longtime Nils Lofgren fans. Capturing Lofgren alone in front of an appreciative audience, knocking out such favorites as "You," "No Mercy" and "Keith Don't Go," plus six new songs. October 23, 2003: This is really the most amazing acoustic album I have heard in a long time, and the fact that it's by an obscure artist shouldn't keep you from checking out Nils Lofgren's work. Known for his wonderful contributions to Bruce Springsteen's E-Street band, he makes some incredible music of his own and this recording absolutely proves what a talent he is.

June 09, 2000: Nils Lofgren turns in a powerful performance on this album. As Bruce Springsteen said, Nils is the most underrated guitar player in music, and this set showcases his dynamic and melodic playing. A must have for any fan.
