July 16, 2009: After the chaos and hurt feelings leftover from the Let It Be sessions it was doubtful that The Beatles would ever record together again but George Martin got the guys to agree to let him record them like they did in the 'old days' and the result is this surprisingly united and terrific swansong to their career (Let It Be came out after Abby Road, but Abby Road was recorded last). A surprisingly modern sounding album.
