All I have to say about this album is WOW! These guys, Jason, Jeremy, Bill, and Jim, are so down to earth and just awesome people all around. They know what the fans want and give it to them. A Passage In Time is so rad and i would tell anyone to go out and get it, especially if youre a fan of Sublime. They have that reggae sound mixed with so many other types of music, i can't get enough of it. I've seen these guys in concert and they are so awesome. I heard about AZip about 2 years ago and have been following them ever since and every time I see a show or hear a song they surprize me with something even better than before. Jason has that sound in his voice thats makes you wanna get up and just go crazy. I love it! Go out and buy this album- I promise you will love it also!

Every once in a while, theres a band that sticks out and make you wonder where have they been all your life. Authority Zero is one of those rare bands. Pennywise meets latin music is the only way i can describe this sound in words. When you listen to "A Passage In Time", it sorta shows they are from Arizona. Not only that, it shows the chemistry in the band. They do not have one certain style of music, they have several. Their single "One More Minute" is definately not the only good song on the entire cd, like many bands. I feel there are no filler songs on "A Passage In Time". "Superb***h" is where the latin influence comes in. Some lyrics in that song are some in Spanish. Personally, I think "Not You" is the best song. Young and angry, thats the meaning of Authority Zero. In 5 years, I would not be suprised if AZ is at the top of the punk kingdom.
