About this Artist

Editorial Reviews

The title track is a failed attempt at a hit single, but the record as a whole is a much more pure rock album than they were known for. Bruce Eder, All Music Guide

December 17, 2008: From the joyous opening chords of "And Settlin' Down," this album is unrestrained country-rock at it's best. Great lyrics and tasty licks abound. If you're not a Poco fan now you will be by the end of this album.

I Also Recommend: Buffalo Springfield, Buffalo Springfield Again.

January 18, 2005: good albums come and go some make it some vanish never to be heard again this is not a good album it is agreat album if any record best describes the phrase country rock this is it drivin guitars inspired playing sounds slightly dated but this just helps capture the feel of the era. one of lifes great mysteries is why this collection of songs didnot sell possibly because of the length of the songs a classic doesnot do this justice 5 stars
